We offer dental hygiene exams, oral cancer screenings, scaling, root planing, desensitization, polishing, fluoride, oral health education, smoking cessation, nutritional counseling, teeth whitening, pit and fissure sealants, and individualized myofunctional therapy programs. Beyond this, we are passionate about empowering our patients with the knowledge they need to understand the connection of one’s oral health and their overall health. We can help you reach your oral health goals.
What we offer
I graduated from the Canadian Institute of Dental Hygiene in 2006 and then further expanded my education at Thompson Rivers University.
I have been practicing dental hygiene since 2006 and uphold a high standard of care by continually updating my skill set through continuing education courses and study clubs. I am involved in various volunteer initiatives in my local community and hope to continue dental focused volunteering through Haven. My spare time is spent with my family and friends who have been huge supporters of this venture. Stephanie and I have expanded our learning and have become certified Orocfacial Myofunctional Therapists. We are excited to meet with you or your children to see if we can help to set them up for successful growth and development! I look forward to welcoming you to our warm and client-centered practice.

We strive to cater to our client’s wishes. Some client’s may request fluoride-free products while others may require a higher concentration of fluoride in their toothpastes. We base our recommendations of various options on each patient's needs and values.
